Established in 2015 as a startup company of UiTM, Robopreneur Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing robotics company based in Malaysia. Robopreneur is currently expanding to become a fully corporate robotics company with 25 in-house talents based at the newly setup office in Futurise Centre, Cyberjaya. The robotic solution provider offers High End Service Robotics, Artificial Intelligence solutions, 3D Printing and Digital Media services, displaying strong expertise in robotics business and innovation. The company’s expertise is not limited to sales, training, rental and maintenance services, but also capabilities in building robots for commercialisation purposes.


For 25 years, MTDC has been the key player in technology commercialisation in Malaysia and in promoting the adoption of technologies by local companies. The corporation is in the business of Fund Management, Incubation, Advisory, and Nurturing Services, and funds technology-based projects in the manufacturing / service sector from any of the technology clusters. The services of MTDC include Symbiosis programme, Tentra training programme, business funding, technology centre as well as other advisory & value-added services.


Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Robotics & Automation Society (MyRAS) was founded in the year of 2010. Prior to this, the organisation was known as Malaysia Robotics & Automation Interest Group (MyRAig). Committed to pushing the advancement of robotics and automation technology in Malaysia, MyRAS has established a strong foothold across four main stakeholder groups including the government, industry, academia and public. It hopes to continue to inspire the community through robotics technology.


MaGIC was first announced in October 2013 during the 4th Global Entrepreneurship Summit that was held in Kuala Lumpur. The Global Innovation and Creativity Centre enables and supports the growth of entrepreneurship in Malaysia, driven by a commitment to drive sustainable ecosystem development through creativity and innovation as well as create value and new economic drivers for Malaysia. It does so by collaborating with government agencies, corporate sector players, and community stakeholders.


Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) is one of the new professional bodies that gives Professional Recognition to Technologists and Technicians in technology- and technical-related fields. Based on Act 768, MBOT expands its function vertically and horizontally, looking at at technology-based professions that cut across discipline based from conceptual design to a realized technology and covers from Technicians (with SKM/Diploma Level) up to Technologists (Bachelor Degree level and above). As a whole, these professionals (Technologists and Technicians) have integrated roles from concept to reality.

United Nations Technology Innovation Lab (UNTIL) is designed to leverage on latest technology and harness global expertise and effort for the development of open source solutions, tools and services to address global challenges. The first UNTIL in Southeast Asia is established in Malaysia in collaboration with the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and Futurise Centre. The physical lab of UNTIL Malaysia will be housed in Futurise Centre, Cyberjaya. The mission of UNTIL Malaysia is to build solutions to needs related to Sustainable Development Goals for four chosen thematic areas that are central to Malaysia and the region, i.e. ethical fashion, financial inclusion, smart cities and sustainable tourism. UNTIL Malaysia aims to bring right project interventions, global technology, expertise, and network through which and entrepreneurs to work on meaningful development of sustainable solutions.


An initiative by Global Entrepreneurship Movement (GEM), eFM is a resource platform for everything entrepreneurship.
